Dance Organizer Pro
This is the first production environment for the application and it is targeted to dancing schools of all services and sizes. It is a fully customizable application which can help any dancing school organize in a better way and be better monitored by the owner. The application automatically denies user mistakes and informs the user about lessons, customers, customer presence, remaining package hours or even economic issues concerning the school. There is a separate file for teachers, students, lessons packages and payments. All of the data viewed in the application can be printed out on paper with an easy design for the users to be able to find quickly what they are looking for. The application is configured in such a way that does not allow the user to ruin the database with false or bad date, thus keeping clean with useful information of the school. Our basic goal was to create a sophisticated application which has an easy environment and does not need a lot of user time in order to be useful. We have implemented many automations in order to have the user do as less work as possible and have the application do all the rest.

There is already a module operating within the application which gives the dancing school the possibility to add membership cards for their customers. The cards can be used to mark customer presence as they scan it through a simple bar-code scanner. The module has an interface which is meant to be presented to the customers as a personal welcome screen.
