For customers that wish to outsource the operation of their information systems completely or partially, we offer long-term support contracts. These contracts are drawn on a yearly basis and are available for hardware support or operations support or both. The level of service is defined by the customer depending on the criticality of the environment and the resources that can be allocated for this function.
Support is provided via telephone and on site at scheduled intervals. Response is based on the seriousness of the issue and the level of support agreed with the customer. Specific procedures such as backups, applying of patches and the checking of system status are performed on a regular basis.
IDnet support services are the ideal solution for larger businesses that need to alleviate in-house IT staff by allowing them to focus on the applications that are specific to the environment without the need to address infrastructure issues. Our services are of use in smaller businesses where dedicated IT staff cannot be justified, or a monthly technician visit combined with telephone support will be adequate for the smooth running of the company.
