IDnet can repair in your office or in your house onsite if possible or we can take the computer, fix it and return it. In the case of a broken computer we try to fix it onsite. If the problem needs more time or equipment in order to be repaired we take the computer, repair it in our head offices and return it to your site ready for usage. Virus cleaning
Even though a computer might be well protected by an antivirus, there is no way for it to ever be completely protected from all internet threats or user mistakes. If your computer has a virus we can clean the virus onsite and in the case you want we can install an antivirus if there is none installed for future prevention of the same problem.
Format
In the case a computer operating system is damaged beyond repair, the procedure that has to be followed is swipe clean the hard drive and re-install the whole operating system. This procedure is called Format. IDnet can take your computer, have it formatted and return it to your site ready to use. If the customer needs it, we can also backup the data in the hard drive and restore them after the format. After the operating system installation is completed some basic applications are always installed in order for everything to operate correctly and the user to have a better experience.
Application installation
IDnet can install any application the customer needs onsite. Some examples of applications a customer might need in their computer are listed below:

- Media players and burners (Codecs, Nero etc.)
- Design applications (Photoshop, Flash etc)
- Web browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome etc)
- Microsoft Office

Computer configuration and peripherals
A computer might not be able to do all a user needs on default settings. IDnet can visit the customer onsite and add the extra functionalities necessary for the proper usage of the computer. We can connect the computer to any peripheral the customer needs and configure it to operate correctly. For example a computer might be connected to:

- Printer, Fax, Scanner, All in one system
- Modem, Router
- Mobile phone
- Or any other piece of equipment that the customer might need to have connected to their computer
Hardware or software problem
In case a computer has a software problem which can be repaired on site, IDnet will repair it onsite for the customer's convenience. If the problem is in the hardware, the computer will have to be taken to our main offices for repair and will be returned to the site ready to use. The customer will always be informed about the cost of the repair in advance.
